What to use to automatically generate UML state diagrams?

You need to submit either c++ code (or another jap, or pseudocode) as input,
and get UML state diagrams as output.
(code changed, diagrams changed)
What tool to use for this?

Modern C++11, 14, 17 are not supported anywhere. At least, I have not seen such products yet. Some C ++ 98, only if, all sorts of monsters like Enterprise Architect, Visual Paradigm seem to somehow be able to.
