How to develop if the team is weak?

It turned out that because of the distribution after the university, I need to work for several years in one company, which I got into. (WEB-developer - Ruby)
But the team there is frankly weak. Code reviews are very rare. Everything I have learned, I have learned from my own architectural mistakes and decisions.
I have often heard and read, and I myself think so, that one should strive to be part of strong teams. But this seems like a utopia to me. And for me it's not possible at all.
Please give me advice: how should I be in this situation and not slide down to the level of an incompetent developer?

@Yeoaxx

Well, become that most competent developer on your team.
If there is no way to leave, pull the team so as not to "drown" yourself.

Transfer to another team.
It is better to learn in a team of experienced colleagues.
