What to use to automate testing of a desktop application?

There is a thick client on Delfi under Windows. You need to write autotests for it, covering most of the functionality.
I tried to use Selenium+Winium+Java, but there are difficulties when searching for elements, because I use the Inspect tool in Windows to determine the elements, where the application elements are not defined properly (AutomationId is new every time, the Name field is empty, etc.).
What tools are best suited for this task?
