Who can say what can be used (preferably the least redundant libs) to create something like this site - https://www.mosshotel.ru/
The site itself is in angular, but that's not what interests me, namely visual effects.
Any ideas?

greensock.com but here experience plays a role more than any. This can be done without a lib on the canvas.
UPD: By the way, judging by the resources, this site is used on the site.

Yes, this is a simple animation, jquery and css transform are enough.
