Recently bought a mac. He wears mac os el capitan.
I am interested in the question of what to use on a poppy for developing sites under php + mysql + apache / nginx (on Windows there was wamp, on ubuntu there was a lamp, and what is under the poppy OS)
How to install all this or somehow in one package? And the same question only about the node

Sorry, but it’s a perversion to put a vagrant on a poppy .. well, unless it’s something specific ...
put brew and put everything you need through it .. I personally have enough
nginx - php-fmp - mysql - redis
but I keep VirtualBox just in case
Sublime text 3, emmet plugin for it, free hosting for ftp is enough for you, ftp client - filezilla, graphic editor - photoshop.
There is an even more hardcore version)) I tried it, but since I'm doing the frontend, everything remained at the level of the experiment, but it worked. The bottom line is, we just use Apache, MySql-server, and PHP itself as it is, well, that is, like on a regular Linux server. After all, poppy is BSD in its essence, just licked to a shine)) so nothing prevents you from using it like that.
and you are root. and then everything is limited only by your imagination) but with the root, as always, be careful. root - not for routine (remember the ancient wisdom). in general, you set up virtual hosts in Apache and everything is like with a regular Apache
