What to use for quick and "easy" control of a Linux-a network over a network from a Windows environment without intermediaries?

It means a certain Teamviewer, but not just him, but "without intermediaries".
Initial data: Debian XFCE (the one that needs to be managed) and Windows 10.
Network - local, located in the same building.
The data should not be leaked to intermediaries somewhere on the Internet, only local (or as I myself want, if I want, I can connect from the Internet).

Xming, and no vnc! Well, as a last resort, x2go. But since everything is local, then display the applications themselves on xming.
For everyone and at once!!!
1) any application in Linux interacts with a terminal server through the network, whether it is a local X-server, or a remote one, in the form of another computer running X, including xming.
2) accordingly, we can work anywhere, if we have Xserver
3) to get a complete network environment, with a remote login / password window, it is enough to enable the DMCP protocol in the display manager settings on the remote computer, this is done in one line, then simply launch xserver and specify ip of the remote computer, we immediately get its entire environment, since ALL programs, starting from the login window, will work with an external xserver.
4) we will have full desktop environment, native rendering including opengl!!! And hardware video decoding.
Now about VNC - this crap completely intercepts the Display of a remote computer, while launching a virtual and scanty xserver, into which it renders applications, compresses the stream into a poor jpeg, transmits it over the network, and displays it at a remote workplace. As a result, everything is in soap, there are no normal screen proportions, everything is buggy and slow.
Excuse me, but if you put x2 instead of xming, then x2go, which uses the best compression algorithms and is more stable than any vnc !!!

x11 - in fact, what does he not suit you with?
Yurix Guya has been connecting to the kernel through localhost since the shaggy years and was originally designed to work over the network
