What to test?

Good time of the day.
Tell me by what means and in what programming languages it is possible to carry out autotests of the site.
Press the button, write down the information in the field, edit it. Randomly climb the site, follow the links.
Ruby on rails will probably handle this, but I'm interested in some other languages, maybe python?
