What to take: iPhone 4 or 4S?

Gentlemen, please tell me if it makes sense to pay an additional 3-4 thousand for 4S instead of just 4?
Now I just use the iPhone 3. In fact, it suits me with everything, if not for the slowdowns, and also for the fact that all the buttons have fallen off. :( This makes you have to press the buttons with your fingernail, which is very inconvenient. And today I also cut my hair very short, so it is simply impossible now.
Are there any noticeable differences between 4 and 4s in everyday use?
Please do not suggest waiting 5 version or buy Samsung/Nokia/etc.

In addition to the camera and speed, the 4S has one more actual advantage and two potential ones:
1) there are no problems with the antenna
2) Russian Siri is likely to appear in the near future. At 4, it does not work properly.
3) it is highly likely that it will be supported for one iOS release longer.
iOS 6 requires 3GS, iOS 7 will likely require a minimum of 4, and iOS 8 a minimum of 4S. But this is just a guess.

4s is noticeably faster, better camera (great camera), longer supported by new iOS. But the battery holds a little worse than 4.

Allegedly, prices for after November 8
leaked into the network . It is not clear how much to believe this, but the camera is definitely much better in 4s. And he's faster. If it matters, then wait and take 4s. Especially if there is an opportunity in the States.
