How to get rid of stripes on iphone 5s screen?

Good afternoon!
The iphone 5s has stripes when turned on and does not disappear. Moreover, after a while the touchscreen is cut off. I disassembled and cleaned the contacts for connecting the screen cables, but this did not help. What happened and what needs to be replaced? Thanks

These stripes are a clear problem in the flexible part of the display cable near the LCD panel. Perhaps the aftermath of the impact, perhaps something else.
Replacing the display (gluing) will completely solve the problem.
100% non-warranty case.

What happened was that either the train was bent and broken with crooked hands, or simply installed crookedly, again with crooked hands. In the first case - a new module, in the second - rebuild.
Judging by the description, they assembled it themselves, so take it to the service to install a new module.
It's easy to check: if disassembled (screen at 90 ° relative to the phone) it works fine and only after assembly is crooked, it means the second. If, in disassembled form, it also displays crookedly, but the position is found by twisting and turning, at which it is normal, then the train is covered.
