What to study on the basics of development organization?

Greetings
I am currently working as a coder in a small team. There is not much experience in the full cycle of creating sites. Tell me what you can read / watch on the topic of organizing the development process of ordinary sites, what at what stage should be done. Now we are working on one project with two typesetters, it is not very clear how to work with 2 people on one project, so as not to step on a rake.

Read about Agile methodology, now a very popular topic. Decompose the general task into crayons, start some kind of task tracker, enter tasks there and record the status of completion. Further along the way, you will find out how to optimize these processes.
