What to study after a long break?

Good day. Finally, I passed everything, the university is waiting for me) Actually, 2 months of study distracted me from programming. at the moment I'm only interested in js and in particular its server-side implementation. During this time, many questions have accumulated, the answers to which I hope society will give me or help me figure them out)

  1. With the release of es6, is it worth using coffescript ? Why?
  2. What bunch of frameworks and databases to use for
    • a) Single Page Applications
    • b) Quick "riveting" of simple sites with admin panels
    • c) Isomorphic Applications

  3. They say express has outlived its usefulness? Is its performance terrible? What is the best way to change it without sacrificing convenience?
  4. What is interesting to read about js-technologies? Something from the field of innovations and science of our year I want to read, feel.

I look forward to a good discussion of these issues.

Asking questions, of course...
Depends on your preference. Knowing es6 and coffescript, you can answer this question for yourself.
This is not how they divide, but if you try to divide it this way, then

  • Just yesterday, express was downloaded with npm 120,853 times.
  • google, node.js, time filter and articles only in eng. language.
  • Didn't find what you were looking for?
