What to search for?

Hello.
The question is next.
On what can you make a search engine like in the picture?
I mean what would be more efficient and faster to implement this.
I doubt between Bitrix, WP or write with pens.
Please tell me what would be easier.
I have never made search engines. But the principle of how to write by hand is clear.
But I'm not sure about CMS.

1. This is not a search - these are filters
2. You will get tired of writing in bare php
3. You need to take an engine with a catalog module and suitable filters (Bitrix, ShopScipt, OpenCart) or a framework (yii, laravel, symfony). The choice depends on the specification, there will be not only filters. WP is not the best choice.

There is no abstruse search here, it will just be the usual list content + SQL query with two parameters and two ranges for the filter. Write on what is more understandable, because. the amount of knowledge about how any CMS works is clearly beyond this simple task.

On WP, this can be done through a meta field search. There is nothing complicated. Here is a rather detailed article https://wpmag.ru/2014/rabota-s-proizvolnyimi-polya... to help you figure out what and how.

On Drupal, you can make such a filter in 20 minutes.
