I want to practice writing plugins for various popular CMS.
But I don't have much work experience, so I don't know what ordinary people need :)
What are the portals, forums, services where you can find ideas or orders for plugins?
I know about freelance exchanges, but I would like to find specialized places.

Any CMS has a forum, and just IT-web-oriented forums. These forums usually have a section where people talk about what plugin they are missing or what problem they are trying to solve. For example https://ru.wordpress.org/support/forum/plugins-and...
