You can read:
1. Complete ITIL library ITIL v.3, 2011 (only available in English);
2. Summary of ITIL Foundation Handbook 3rd ed. (available in Russian https://www.tsoshop.co.uk/bookstore.asp?AF=A10075&... You can
train to take the test here:

I took a course in "Specialist" and prepared independently for a couple of weeks, passed the first time.I think any course on the basics of ITIL is suitable for preparation.
Good afternoon!
For 3 years, not a single answer, sadly.
I asked myself this question. I see a folder in front of me with more than 100 books on ITIL and I have no idea which of these is worth reading ... I
looked at the course "Career Academy - ITIL" - Gave a general understanding, but sooo tedious and, as a result, not remembered.
Now in line is the CBT Nuggets course, fresh, from 2016. I really hope for him, CBT Nuggets always have excellent material.
Well, you need to decide on one (at least) of 100 books :)
PS Everything is pulled from the rutracker - the search criterion is ITIL.
I hope it helps someone, and if someone recommends an intelligent book - respect and respect :)
