What to read about image analysis and methods for highlighting moving objects?

Hello everyone, I am writing a paper about image analysis and methods for extracting moving objects from sequences of frames.
First of all, I watched a video from Natalya Vasilyeva on image analysis, then Yandex lectures on the same introduction to image analysis, now in search of literature with which to start and use as the main source for the material.
I will do practical implementations on OpenCV.
Please tell me what methods and algorithms should be paid attention to?
