What to read about finance?

In general, the project at work is related to finances. All sorts of bonds, futures, stocks, portfolios, operations, Gross Assets, Last cash movements, custodians and other obscure terms (I just listed what I see).
What can be read about all this so that it is clear what is happening there?
At work, they recommended the book "One click and you are a capitalist", but somehow I did not find it anywhere.

PS I'm a developer, and sometimes I want to understand at least something with what I can finally work with. The level is close to zero.

My favorite is Trading Chaos by Bill Williams.
