What to learn for adaptive layout?

I mastered css normally, I think it’s another half a month how to finish it, but these are trifles, so I thought about how to make adaptive sites, how to start? maybe some frameworks or not pure css would you advise to do this?

You can easily do it with pure css. If support for older browsers is not needed, then this will be even better and more correct.
If you have learned css well, you should know about flex and media quaries.

For everything listed above, there are a bunch of video tutorials. Personally, I like the way loftblog guys talk. Go to their website , type in any of the keywords above in the search bar and get a list of podcasts where they will chew everything for you in detail.
