What to learn after HTML and CSS?

I have learned HTML and CSS so far.
This year I'm going to university with a degree in Applied Mathematics.
1) 1.5 months learning English (5-10 hours a day)
2) 1 month HTML + CSS (5-10 hours a day)
Now learning English 1.5 months or JavaScript? English reading level 50% of words understand, vocabulary 700 words.
