Upwork

What to do with Upwork after changing the rules on May 14 (withdrawing money to IP)?

I officially work with Upwork, withdraw money to an individual entrepreneur, pay all taxes and sleep peacefully. But today I received this letter from the bank:

From May 14, the rules for processing all contracts with foreign counterparties will change. In import contracts, it will be necessary to prescribe the term for the performance of work, the delivery of goods or the provision of services, and the term for the return of the advance. In export documents - the deadline for crediting money to an account in a Russian bank.
Be careful when drawing up new contracts - without this data, we simply will not be able to make payments. There is no need to change old and already registered contracts with the bank. You can see all the changes in Articles 19 and 23 of Federal Law No. 173-FZ “On Currency Regulation and Currency Control” - study them so as not to be mistaken.

Although I have a contract and I, as I understand it, until it affects. But what about those who just start working after the 14th or if someone exceeds the amount of $50,000 after May 14th? We work with Upwork under an offer, there is no end date for the work.
PS Please refrain from commenting "why do you pay taxes", "yes, withdraw everything through Payoneer". It’s easier for me to live when I do it according to the law and legally, by the way, Payoneer seems to be already leaking data on my accounts in Russia.

I don't see a problem. In any case, banks are forcing them to make changes to the offer, we will make additional information, to the one that is required today.
When the contract is registered / a transaction passport was issued, these data are also required there. The date of completion of the contract, the deadline for receiving money, in the certificate of supporting documents.
