What to do with this form?

I clicked File\New\External Processing
Created a form, saved it, launched 1C Enterprise, clicked File\Open. My form opens. Is that all she needs? Why is it necessary to create it in this way? Can it be transferred somewhere as a ready-made form? How?

Congratulations - you have become a 1C programmer!
Is that all she needs?
The surrounding world does not need your form in this form for nothing - it increases entropy and brings the universe closer to death. But you can fill your form with useful content.
Why is it necessary to create it in this way?
This is a multifaceted philosophical question. One of the possible answers to which may be - you simply do not know how to do it differently.
Can it be transferred somewhere as a ready-made form?
Yes.
How?
Again a very broad question. You can copy from your processing and paste wherever you want. You can add external processing to the directory and it will become part of the accounting system: it will open as an external printable or an external processor for tabular parts of documents.

Well, you still need to write a handler module to the form, because without it it's just a picture / design.
External processing in order to make it easier to stick to the conf, but it can do much less than the built-in one

The ITS website has a template for external printing forms, otherwise I see that everyone constantly writes down the processing name, although you can easily take it from metadata, etc. I recommend using what has already been invented and improved before us
