What to do with the curses of one Habr user?

Of course, this is a question for the moderators, a copy of the question has been sent to them.

One (and only one) commentator of my articles repeatedly leaves obscene but censored comments on articles in such a form that it is useless to conduct discussions with him. In this way, he worsens the general atmosphere of the discussion. For one such message earlier, his administration temporarily banned him.

What does it look like? I am writing a purely informational message (article) on user scripts or user styles. For example, today I wrote about a request to update users of user styles in the closed profile blog "Habrahabr", because there is no other way to inform styles for styles, and the update is critical - without it, users will not see notifications about new personal messages (in Habr's mail). Here is the full text of this article. (For a while I thought about whether it was worth it in articles, I formed a message in QA, but I decided to put it in articles, because more target users would see it there. And, indeed, in a few hours the article collected several pluses and about the same (slightly less) cons.)

For ZenComment users, please update the mail notification styles

ZenComment — v.2.48
HabrAjax — 0.863_2012-06-23

Просьба обновиться.
<habracut text=«Подробнее о стиле и скрипте, и насколько часто бывают критические обновления» />

*) Конкурс на дизайн отображения новостной ленты Хабра;
*) Какую бы вы выбрали палитру и раскраску элементов интерфейса?

As you can see, it was written taking into account the fact that most of the readers do not need it, with the necessary explanations of the criticality of updates. Please note that the Habrahabr blog (hub) in which it is published is closed, the article does not clog the feeds of those who are not subscribed to it. It does not offend anyone and is written in the most concise business manner. Then this user appears and comments “Oh my God, what an abomination!”. This form of commentary suggests that he is not going to discuss, convey something, but simply pours out his negative attitude on the article and others. He does not explain what exactly he considers "an abomination."(Maybe he saw advertisements for scripts in this article? But I explained that such critical updates happen extremely abruptly, and I don’t have anything from “advertising”, the script and styles are free and open source.)

Moreover, to some of his behavior I like it, it is plused, the article is minus. There are no other comments. So he creates a negative atmosphere and reduces commentary to the level of market curses. Since an article with such a comment provokes some other readers to similar behavior, I simply hid it.

(As for other relationships with this commentator, I have never communicated with him, I don’t know him personally, I didn’t send personal messages, I didn’t answer any of his comments. Only once I put a “plus” in karma, I don’t remember for what reason, there were he has interesting articles, but everything is anonymous.And why is he attached to me? )

I consider this form of commentary unworthy of a resource - it does not allow either to conduct a discussion or draw conclusions for the author of the article and correct anything to improve the ecology of the site. What do you (other readers) think of the article and the behavior of this commenter? Silently collapse the article if such a comment appears, swear in response (I think it's a bad idea) or inform the administration about a violation of the rules for using the site?

Is a comment in this wording a violation of the rules of the site?

I alone tried to click on the words “And why did he become attached to me?”? (by associating them with the link for the blue color)

Do an experiment: leave a comment “what an abomination” in an article, for example, about a major jQuery update or google maps api. I somehow can’t believe that this comment will immediately downvote the article by thousands of dissatisfied hamsters, “sliding down to the level of market curses.”
I think you need to tighten up the usability and make the plugin really high-quality so that such rejection does not arise when you see it.
And kill the troll.

How is it "what to do?". Feed him some more! This question was an excellent lunch for him.

Notify the administration about the violation of the rules for using the site.
In general, if the article is good, not one, not ten provocateurs in the comments will spoil it.
