Is it possible to somehow automate the removal of any pictures from community comments in VK?
Are there ready-made solutions? Or how can it be implemented?

You can implement this using the Callback API , just subscribe to receive comments and filter them on the server side. Of course, through wall.deleteComment delete with attached pictures.
