If other programs (7zip, winrar, etc.) also fail to open, then most likely the archive is damaged.

Find a backup copy of the file, it is usually located here - C: Program FilesWinZipwzzip" -yf zipfile.zip, and if there are problems with this, then I advise the recovery program www.erepairzip.com/ru
