But today something happened, namely my CPU throttling, on the desktop, in the browser 3.7-8, but now in games 2.3, despite the fact that this is the clock speed.

And I don't know what to do, everything was fine until today. I just can't figure out why he started throttling so hard. As I understand it, this is due to overheating, but he began to do it too abruptly.
