I have a suspicion that this is a targeted attack. Maybe the competitors are messing around. Spam comes from only one page, and, curiously, if I turn off advertising in direct, the spam stops. has been going on for almost two months now. However, the metric itself recognizes these visits as direct. Google's anti-spam is sewn into the form. I think that perhaps a task is simply posted on some resource, since you can’t write abracadabra in the form (and don’t write it) - name and phone number by mask.

If these are bots, then they can be easily blocked with hidden fields and various additional conditions, such as the obligatory presence of a click on the fields, etc. sending an application.
