What to do with DNS?

Hello. I use cloudflare for all my sites , DNS etc. I don’t really understand and I always leave everything as it is by default, cloudflare always makes such dns records,

everything would be fine, but I don’t know if it’s right that it always records www
The problem appeared like this, I found that all the sites that are added to the cloud available from www i.e. www.site.com, since I'm not very strong in all this, please tell me if I remove the www record from dns, the site will no longer be available at this address (www.site.com) or it's better to leave it as it is and just make a redirect through htaccess ?
