What to do with deep discharge on google pixel?

Well, the story is short. There used to be the first pixel, at one moment it stopped turning on, they didn’t carry it for repairs - they left it, and lay it. I remember that half a year ago I tried to figure out what the problem was, and I realized that the trouble was with the battery, then it didn’t work out to charge it. What should I do about it?

If you are sure that this is the case - "power" the battery from any working lithium (minus to minus, plus to plus) for 5 minutes. Check with a multimeter that the voltage has risen to at least 3.5v, then insert it into the phone and turn it on
