What to do with complete plagiarism of the site?

There is a website on which work has been going on for 4 months. Developers, copywriters are working on the creation, and the optimizer has sat down. In the feedback form, we have the url and title of the page from which the message was sent. And a week ago there were strange addresses like site.ru in the url field, I thought it was spam. And yesterday there was a conscious ip address, which contains a complete static copy of our site, only with the logo, addresses and name of our competitor. At the moment they have a very old site and apparently a new version will be launched soon. I am aware that you can complain in search engines, but the fact is that the competitor is spinning in Yandex.Direct, and it turns out that even if you go down in the search results, it will still be in the first place in advertising. By the way, we have, and now he has about 60 pages on the site, and 70 blog entries, and positions in search engines are higher for some queries. What to do with it?

Keep working on the site. Search engines are not stupid, they see that your content appears earlier. Work on external and internal SEO optimization. To the extreme, if a new article has been published, you can manually add it to the Google index through google webmaster
. It is such a competition)
