What to do with comments?

There are articles on the site at the articles of comments, I want to make them an ajax request (post), how will this affect search engine optimization? And is it possible to remove comme-ya from the search at all?

If the page is initially without comments, and the comments are pulled up by a js post request, then no robot other than Google will see them.
So that it does not index the text, html comments are applied
