What to do with abuse?

An abuse like this came up:
"This report means that the email recipient marked the message as spam. We automatically forward this report to you for your information. You do not need to respond, but we expect you to check the report and resolve any potential problems."

As a matter of fact, the site does not send spam or advertising. People in the personal account themselves subscribe to receive notifications by e-mail. They receive a notification email with an unsubscribe link in the email. But some find it easier to click on "this is spam".

How to react to it?

This happens, someone forgets, someone accidentally clicks, sometimes several people use the mail. Such mails need to be unsubscribed from mailing lists, there is a possibility that they will click on all your letters and spoil the reputation of the domain. In my practice, there was a case with a client when the recipient clicked on 17 emails at the same time, which was spam. On letters received in a few months. As luck would have it, there were no mailings at that moment, which resulted in terrible statistics on mail ru, something like 30 letters were sent in a month and 17 of them were marked as spam, and the first mailing after that half went to spam on mail ru.
