Video cards

What to do with a weak processor and a powerful video card?

They presented the video card "RX 580 8GB ASUS STRIX", before that it was RX 460. After installing the video card, I started playing powerful games, went into ASSASINS CREED UNITY and set it to high settings (only veh high and max above). In general, the game sometimes lags, sometimes it doesn't. Although it shouldn't, then I realized that the problem is in the processor, it costs me i5 3340 3.10 ghz.
There is a turbo boost on the processor, but it has not been boosted yet. Cores 4, RAM 8GB, PSU 600w Cooler Master. I turned on AMD monitoring, I realized that the video card loads from 10% to 80 and 100, and the processor up to 80-100%. Is it possible to solve the problem without buying a new processor? there will definitely not be money for it (perhaps overclocking will help?

@Apache_KAZ

Yes, you can: just lower the game settings and it will stop slowing down.
