Can a graphics card be inserted into a Dell Inspiron 1545 laptop?

There is a dell 1545 late 2008 release, with a pentim 2 cores at 2.10 GHz, 3 giga RAM, but the built-in video card that weakly pulls DotA at the minimum, the question is whether it is possible to connect the video card, I haven’t taken it apart yet, so here I’m asking for advice
