went to the site kurs.com.ua with adblockplus enabled.
Instead of content, the entire page is strewn with inscriptions
"Please disable your ad blocker or add the site kurs.com.ua to the exceptions."
When you try to block a block with this inscription, the entire block with the content disappears.
When the banner cutter is disabled, everything works, but I don’t want to follow the lead of webmasters who break out the hands of their visitors.
Are there any options? And I wonder how they even understand that the banner cutter is on?

Hooray! I found a solution for this site https://www.ghostery.com/ru/
Specifically for this site, it showed a good result.
It also blocks ads, but the site does not detect the presence of a banner cutter.
Although, after checking for free-torrents, I immediately realized that the guest is still very much short of adp, and simply does not identify many ads as ads and does not remove them. In short, you need something with the same principle of operation as the guests, but more powerful)

I will answer the second part of your question.
Technically, the detection methods are described in this article and some other articles on this site (see search for the AdBlock tag).
By the way, they do something very interesting: if you have AdBlock enabled, the whole site turns black and white, and a red banner appears on top asking you to disable the extension. However, all content is available. The banner is perfectly removed by the same AdBlock, and there are no problems in a black and white site. :)
PS When you first visit the site, the mechanisms do not always immediately fire that you have AdBlock installed.
