What to do with a missing customer?

Dobry, took the project on upwork, signed a contract for 100 bucks, the money was divided into 2 milestones of 50 each. The work was done, the code was sent to the customer for bitbucket. Everyone is happy. After 1-2 days, the first 50 were approved, and then a week as silence, the project is not closed, the customer does not answer anywhere. Hired is written in the work: 2 which is strange because I don't remember what it was when the bead was. As a result, I don’t know what to do, knock on the support or wait. Just closing this is not an option, because it's better when the client because he has "the work is completed successfully" + this character owes me another half.

press Submit Work, after 2 weeks you will receive the remaining money, but a contract closed without a review will negatively affect the rating

It's time to open the TOKSHOW "they threw me on the upwork".
The system implies that you will be thrown if you contacted a customer without a rating and did not use a safe deal. And if you used it, then write to the upwork support, why here?

Write to support + wait. You can always close.
Anything can happen, the client forgot, is busy, gets sick, etc.
In general, I somehow took a project without funded, I even got stupid, I thought the client threw it) But then a couple of days later the client made a fand for the milestone and approved it.

Busy, resting, sick, the customer's computer is broken.
Don't sweat it.
