What to do when an account is blocked?

Hello. Tell me what to do in this situation: just (on the 21st) I registered on upwork, on the 29th there was a video call to verify my account, at the end of the conversation I was told that verification should pass within 24 hours. During this time, I managed to place a small order. This morning (on the 31st) the "Your account has been suspended. Please contact customer support" box appeared in the "My jobs" tab. But I can’t write to the support, it redirects me back to the upwork main page. Has anyone else experienced this, what should I do in this situation?
