What to do? reinstall or re-add? error in SQL environment?

Good afternoon, smart men!
The computer is at home, I don’t have any programmers at hand)) Something happened to the computer, a friend took it for diagnostics, in the end it turned out that the hard drive on which ONLY the CRM base was installed ... which was tied to SQL (the base seems to be alive , there is a copy of 2 files (.mdf and .ldf)
SQL itself seems to be installed on a "live" disk.
Now I'm trying to figure out how to bind the database back when I click Start - Programs\All Programs - Miscrosoft SQL Server 2008 R2 - MS SQL Server Environment Management Studio .... gives an error "The Ssms.exe object to which this shortcut refers has been changed or moved"
Tell me what to do? Do I need to reinstall or delete something? What are the further actions to somehow make the database work in CRM.
Thank you so much in advance, I really hope for your mega-brain!

Reroll the SQL server, you don’t have a server management console, as an option it’s better to perform a complete reinstallation, otherwise something else fell off there ...
then just Attach the database by right-clicking in the Databases section

How to do a reinstall? I open the "Installation Center" on the installation tab, I clicked "New installation or addition ...." ... a bar ran, issued a license agreement ... I agreed ... nothing went on .. the "center" menu came out again installation"
