Hello. Voice messages are not sent. I press repeat anyway. At the bottom right, in a red square, is a white exclamation mark. What to do to go?

If you live in Russia, then most likely this is the result of a block from Roskomnadzor.
There is a chance that after some time it will work on its own.
With this struggle in my home, smartphones sometimes say that the internet is not available.
Because they can't reach Google's test url. After some time, DNS gives another ip address
and everything works. That's why I switched providers. The old one did not do deep packet analysis, but only
banned by ip. It got to the point that half of my search results did not open.
