What to do if Unity freezes tightly?

When I'm just sitting at the computer - everything is fine, nothing freezes.
But when I go into the unit and EXACTLY into the project - Unity completely freezes, the mouse and keyboard do NOT react to anything. Only turning off through the computer unit helps.
Unit version: 2019.1.14f
