What to do if there are internet interruptions in Xiaomi Mi Router 4A?

There is a main router, Xiaomi Mi Router 4A , and it does not distribute the Internet from time to time. I go into the web face and the router writes there is no Internet.

If you pull it out and insert it back, it continues to write, there is no Internet, but the internal Internet speed test works, and the browser works.

I tried to restart, the problem also goes away BUT after 10 minutes to 1 hour the Internet disappears again.

What to do?

It may be worth checking if there is a more recent firmware and update it.
