What to do if the RKN blocked the domain?

The question is actually in the title. I see that they often block by IP, but they can also block the domain, what should I do in this case? Not to the user, but to the site owner . There is no really correct step-by-step information on the network, maybe someone has already encountered and solved a similar issue. How to give access to the site to users who do not want and do not know how to use proxies, vpn, anonymizers, and so on (say, search traffic, it will not take a steam bath, see the block, close the site and that's it)? Or just moving to a new domain? (decision, but they can also block a new one)
ps By the way, if anyone is not in the know, on July 4, 2014, a bill was adopted in the second reading, which allows you to block sites not only for movies and audio, but now for absolutely everything that falls under copyright, except for photos. We are waiting for the third reading, most likely they will accept it. And heads will roll, unfair competition will flourish in all its glory. Everyone will start knocking on each other, seeking interim measures in the Moscow City Court to block the competitor's domain. You need to somehow act proactively, be prepared in advance for this war with the ILV, I hope the collective mind of Habr will help you figure out what to do ... Either create a lot of mirrors, or satellites ... Your domain has been blocked, and what to do, how to quickly restore it for all users? (the option of a counterclaim to the court is not considered)
