What to do if the registrar has not renewed domains
In general, the situation arose that I bought 2 domains a year ago from the registrar (reg.ru partner) dom-reg.ru
08/25/2012 I extended the domain, everything seems to be ok, the delegation date was 2013. But in fact the domains did not last.
I contacted support, but no response. I contacted reg.ru and asked what could be the problem. I was told that the partner did not transfer money to their account, so the domains did not last.
Today dom-reg answered. But the last message was such that supposedly everything is OK with the domains. but in fact, both in the panel and through whois, it shows that the domains have not been renewed.
Tell me what to do, maybe someone has already been in such a situation.
I can’t change my partner, because Domains need to be renewed first.
PS They started to stir after I wrote a letter to their support 10 times and started to “threaten” with a complaint to Z-Payment through which I paid the bill.

In this case, as a reg.ru partner, I can advise you to request a domain transfer to another account.
To do this, we write a letter to the register with a request to change the service partner.
A signed letter with a copy of the passport (main spread and registration page) for individuals and a copy of the TIN and OGRN certificates for legal entities must be scanned and sent to e-mail [manager reg.ru], but on condition that within 2- x weeks You will send the original letter.
The domain name will be transferred on a first-come, first-served basis during a business day.
Are the domains registered with you or with dom-reg.ru?
If it’s for you, write to the registrar, offer to pay directly to them. You may need a statement, possibly notarized. Perhaps only scans of the passport will suffice.
Request a refund from the reseller.

And in the “last payments” or “last actions” (I didn’t use it, I don’t know what it is called there, but it should be) is there information that an extension was ordered? If not, then there is an error in the billing (the money was withdrawn, but the services were not provided). If yes, there is an error in automation (there is a log, there is no result). In any case, you need to kick support - emails, phones, ICQ - everything that is indicated on the site.
I personally have been using 2domains.ru for the third year (also a partner of reg.ru) - I myself am satisfied, I have not heard other people's negative reviews.
