How to bind a domain to a server without a static IP on Synology DS213+ (using Quick Connect)?

It is required to bind the domain to the server. There is no static IP address, only dynamics. Hosting is organized on Synology DS213+ (network drive where the server is raised). Directly to the DS drive from an external network can be reached through Quick Connect
. Can I somehow bind a domain using Quick Connect?
If not, what are the solutions to the problem?
