The online store sold the TV with a marriage (scratches on the case). Refuses to change, refuses to return the money. Does not provide information about the seller (the sale was carried out by another LLC, not what is indicated on the site). Does not provide phone numbers of the seller's office, does not provide e-mail for filing claims, what should I do?

If this store is in the Yandex catalog and the market, come off with a hollow bad review.
As for revenge, lawyers can solve your problem by pinching off a good piece from this store, unless of course everything was like that. Complaints will not help, it is better to go to court, there are some other quality control organizations, so they can help. And most importantly, you could post a link to this store here. My answer will not solve this issue, but it will only not tell you much, alas (I don’t know the Solution.
