What to do if the laptop does not turn on?

Recently there was a problem with a Toshiba Satelite L850D laptop. It stopped turning on, before that it was not charging (the charger is in order), and after a full charge it no longer turns on. Please help me solve the problem.

Does it not turn on at all (brick) or does it show any signs of life (indicators, fans)?
Look rather at the circuit and the power controller in the laptop itself, if you don’t understand electrical circuits, it’s better to go to the service. Most likely some Shimka or cartoon flew out.
