I got a problem. The laptop does not turn off. I click on "Start", click on the shutdown icon and select "Update and shut down", but there is no reaction. Then I tried pressing alt + F4 and selected "Update and shut down", but there was no reaction either. Then I went to windows updates and clicked on Restart and I got an error (0x8024a112). What to do? Also with reboot
