What to do if the IT specialist deleted mac os from macbook?
About two years ago, my family turned to a specialist with a request to install windows on our macbook air, since it was inconvenient for my mother to use the built-in OS, everything worked out and everything suited my mother, but recently this laptop was transferred to me and I decided to return mac os (because I have an iPhone and I think it's easier to use them). So, after reading a lot of articles, I decided to go into recovery mode and reset everything to factory settings, but an error constantly occurred, then I found a way to switch between OSes without bootcamp (windows was installed without it), but when I fulfilled all the conditions, I saw that there is only one OS and it is windows. Now I don't know what to do, please help!

What year is the macbook. Delete everything, format the disk. Then the computer will either start in recovery mode or not. The recovery mode will download the system installer from the Internet. If it does not start, then the laptop is too old and requires an image that can be downloaded from your favorite tracker or somewhere else. Then use the etcher program to write the image to a USB flash drive. You press the ALT key when you turn on the computer. Then he will ask where to boot the system from, choose a flash drive with an installer image. Install as usual, step by step.
If cmd + R, when turned on, does not display a spinning globe and a list of wifi networks to connect to (after that, press R again), then you have 3 options.
1-find another poppy user and download the system image from epstor or rutrekea, burn it through disk utility. then run the poppy from this flash drive.
2-google "how to burn an os x installation image under windows"
3-download a ready-made os x image from the same root tracker (10.8 version was definitely there), run it on Windows under vmware and then follow step 1.
In general, try different methods call recovery mode. cmd+r, cmd+alt+r or just through R.
