What to do if the frequency of the video card is reset and the hard drive crashes?
CPU: I3 7100
Video Card: GTX 1050TI STORMX
Motherboard: Gigabyte H110M-S2H-CF
Hard Drive: TOSHIBA P300 1TB
RAM: 1x8GB Crucial 2666MHz
Power Supply: FORMULA-A500W

When I play games, I start to freeze with the sound of turning off the computer, at this moment the frequencies of the video card are reset. And sometimes, because of this, the PC turns off and the hard drive flies from the BIOS, which is why it needs to be put back in first place in the boot.
Help, please, I have been looking for a solution for a long time and I just can’t find it, I don’t go to the service because they tell me that the video card is not working, and I brought it to a friend on a working system and everything was fine there.
Personally, I think that these are problems either with the HDD or with the Power Supply
