What to do if the ESXI hypervisor becomes unavailable?

When I connect to the hypervisor through the vSphere client, but I get an error

An unknown error occured.
(The request failed because of a connection failure.
(Unable to connect to remote server)).
I can ping server, i even can connect to VMs, located on this server.

I also noticed that if you go to https:// hypervisor-address , the page with downloads and general information is also not displayed.

Rebooting the hypervisor did not help (it is possible to perform a remote hardware reset).

What other actions can be taken?

PS I can access other esxi hypervisors from my laptop. Until today, I could go to this host. On the hypervisor itself, I have not changed anything for six months.

PPS I went through the remote console when I'm doing the Test Management Network - it receives and pings the correct ip, it normally receives 8.8.8.8 dns, but the domain cannot resolve. Could this be the problem?

I enabled SSH, but I can't log in remotely.

Came from the console locally. I can ping something remote on the internet.

@AntonMZ

Connect to the server console and restart all ESXi processes, then deal with the hang.
What version of ESXi is it?
