What to do if the company does not conduct usability testing?

What to do if the company does not conduct usability testing?
The company, in general, has nothing to do with design, but has many of its own digital products, which I now deal with. What is the best way to implement usability testing if the company itself does not really care about them. Where to begin?

If you have a website or mobile application, you can use free usertesting.
https://peek.usertesting.com - free sessions last 5 minutes and no user scenario settings.
Such a demo will help demonstrate to management the benefits of implementing usability testing and win them over to their side.
https://www.fullstory.com is a service for recording user actions on web projects. Like a pumped Yandex Webvisor. This service won't tell you what users think about your product, but it will help you understand what users do and don't do. A kind of ux archeology.

Start by justifying what the company really needs.
That it will benefit (money) the company.
Because if now "and so it works", then why spend money and resources on it? Whoever can allocate money should get a justification, because it's a cost.
