What to do if software raid falls off?

There is a home server, several hdds are combined into a software raid array of type 0.
I noticed that sometimes the array itself falls off, this is expressed by the fact that the disk disappears from the system and then appears without rebooting the system itself.
There is a suspicion that due to idle time, the disks simply stop and then the system returns to working condition by reassembling the array.
Sometimes it happens that the disk opens for an extremely long time (3-7 seconds), most likely this is due to the fact that the disks go into energy-saving mode.

"What to do? Make backups!". Try to remove auto-sleep in the settings (system, bios). Then in some hard drives there is a jamb in the firmware that they themselves create such problems (in particular, western digital, googled as "wd raise APM")
PS: "several hdds are combined into a software raid array of type 0." - monsieur loves risk

if the ban on turning off disks in the power supply does not help, nothing can be done about it, because a disk can be sent to hibernation by its own controller. If this is critical, you can either “wake it up” periodically, or put server hard drives on a full-fledged hardware Raid
